Our Artist in Residence programme brings the most exciting visual artists to Primary School children living in communities where they are unlikely to have opportunities for creative expression; are least likely to have ready access to arts materials in their own homes; and are least likely to visit galleries.
Work is co-produced with children, giving them an opportunity to be heard & seen and is curated through high quality exhibitions that celebrate achievements.
Supporting positive engagement in learning, helping to raise attainment.
If your Primary School is interested in getting involved then please get in touch.
Working with a qualified Art Therapist and wellbeing Support Worker we will support you and your family with any challenges you may be facing and help develop those relationships through creative play to better understand your child(ren’s) behaviour and communicate and support them to identify their own needs and coping strategies using art and creativity.
We would love to hear from you. To speak to a member of the Impact Arts Team about our children’s projects, please contact [email protected].
