Stop Motion Video workshop was devised to give the young people an insight into animation.
Starting with their collated storyboard for inspiration they experimented with magazine cuttings, things they have drawn and combined these ideas in a sequence that was captured by taking loads of still images and therefor creating an animation.
Flicking through the still images on the camera to give a feel of the movement.
The purpose of this activity was looking at creative potential of digital art.
This final short animation could be formatted in final cut or through the Imac photos app as is basically a quick slideshow.
