Have you left school but aren’t quite sure what to do next? Not quite ready to move on to work or college? This programme could be perfect for you.
If you are aged 16-24 and interested in exploring creativity, our experienced tutors can help you build confidence through art! This is a fun opportunity to make friends; learn new skills; improve physical and mental health; and have your voice heard.
Young People will be able to explore creativity, imagination and making!
What to expect
Express Yourself is a creative youth employability programme for young people aged 16-24 years who are not in school, training or employment. The aim of the programme is to provide a creative space where people can explore various artistic techniques. During the sessions, our Youth Worker can also offer 1-1 support to help participants decide what they’d like to do next and then help to achieve their goals.
Participants can receive up to £24 per week as a training allowance for attending the programme, plus travel costs can also be reimbursed.
