Glasgow and the West Programme Manager

Impact Arts has a long history of working across Glasgow and the West Coast, delivering high quality youth engagement and community based work. The role of Glasgow and the West Programme Manager is essential within our organisation and reflects our growing work across Glasgow and the surrounding areas.

The role of Glasgow and the West Programme Manager is predominately focussed on leading our young people and employability programmes. This will compliment our existing Programme Manager in Glasgow who will lead on Children and Community based programmes.

It is expected that the successful candidate will take full ownership of our youth programmes and lead on all aspects of delivery alongside the freelance/core creative and pastoral teams.

We are looking for someone who is dynamic, who will bring considerable experience, creativity, energy and passion to the role and who wants to join our mission in tackling inequalities across Scotland.
