Work with us! Two environmental art posts in Barrhead

We are recruiting for an Environmental Artist and Assistant Tutor to deliver a 15-week project in Barrhead, East Renfrewshire, starting May 30th.

The roles involve delivering artistic workshops to a group of up to 20 young unemployed people with little or no experience of environmental issues, introducing them to nature, environmental awareness and green skills through practical, creative and fun projects.

As well as building confidence and developing employability skills, the project provides a lasting legacy for the local community by creating new urban or green spaces.

This project will be funded by Our Bright Future, which support projects helping young people lead environmental change in their own communities.

The deadline is 12pm on Wednesday 17th May 2017. For more information and to apply, visit the Work with Us section of the website.
