Impact Arts are officially a Living Wage employer

Impact Arts are delighted to announce we are officially an accredited Living Wage employer.

The real Living Wage is independently-calculated each year based on what employees and their families need to live. It currently sits at £8.45 per hour in the UK outside London.

Fiona Doring, Director of Impact Arts, said: “We are very pleased to have received official accreditation for paying the Living Wage.

“It is important that all our staff are paid at least the basic cost of living for the incredibly important work they do in helping change lives through art and creativity.

“While we have long valued our staff through paying a living wage, we are proud now to have had this verified. We hope our support of the real Living Wage will help raise further awareness of the benefit it has and encourage other employers to make this vital commitment.”
