Craft Cafe Edinburgh's Annual Exhibition

Craft Café Edinburgh are excited to be putting on their annual exhibition and sale of work at, Out of the Blue Drill hall from 1st – 4th October. (Out of the Blue Drill Hall, 36 Dalmeny Street, Edinburgh, EH6 8RG)

The exhibition celebrates the enormous achievements of over 30 Craft Café members, family and friends from the past year. It will showcase a selection of paintings, illustrations and handmade items created by the artists.

Themes explored over the course of the year have included; kinetic art, windows in arts, botanical illustration, abstract painting, light in arts and more.

The members will also be selling framed art, glass paintings as well as a selection from the Craft Café textile line, handmade cards, calendars and magnets.

Impact Arts run two Craft Café workshops for older people in Edinburgh, within Viewpoint care homes. Theses are open to Viewpoint tenants and care home residents.

From painting and drawing to jewellery making and sculpture our Craft Cafés bridge the gap between care and housing support, creating a vibrant space and improving social interaction.
