A visit to Glasgow for our Make it Your Own project

While preparing to move into their brand new premises in Paisey, we were delighted to have our Make it Your Own team running workshops at the Factory in Dennistoun!

The aim of the project - a partnership with Renfrewshire Council's Housing Support services - is to offer those moving into new tenancies workshops in upcycling, decorating and other helpful household techniques to help them transform their new home into somewhere that feels truly theirs.

Our MIYO team - Linda and Susan - have been keeping the momentum going through shopping and inspiration trips, but they also welcomed Joyce, Lesley and June to Glasgow to continue working on their practical projects.

There was cushion-making, curtain-making, sewing and canvas-painting - have a look!
