As a creative arts charity, Impact Arts relies on funding from multiple sources to allow us to deliver transformative programmes to support those facing barriers and disadvantages across Central Scotland.
From multi-year funding from governing bodies and other organisations to individual donations, fundraisers and volunteering, every contribution is hugely valuable and greatly appreciated.

(In case you missed it, we’re taking part in Big Give’s match funding campaign starting March 18th 2025. This means that, for one week only, donations will be doubled! Learn more about this campaign and how it works.)
We’re delighted to have received funding from North Ayrshire Council (NAC) to allow us to continue delivering our Alcohol and Drug Partnership work for another year.
Alcohol and Drug Partnerships were established by the Scottish Government to:
As part of Impact Arts’ ADP work in collaboration with NAC, we deliver 1:1 therapy for children, therapeutic group work, and dyadic (whole family) art therapy to help those affected by addiction.
This work allows children and their carers to process their own emotions and develop positive coping skills, and for carers to better understand their child’s social and emotional needs.
Thank you to NAC for your continued support!
Impact Arts also successfully re-tendered our Counselling in Educational Establishments contract for Art Therapy in Glasgow primary schools.
Art Therapy offers a safe space for children to express themselves through creativity and play. Children can find the process of creating, playing, and making very relaxing and joyful.
Sessions work on the basis that it can be easier to address difficult emotions through art, rather than talking about them directly. During this type of work, our qualified Art Therapists offer support and help children get a better understanding of their worries and concerns.
This type of work offers relief from any stress or anxiety the child may be feeling and it can help with building confidence and coping skills.
We’re thrilled to be continuing this important work in Glasgow. Thank you to Glasgow City Council!
