Delve into Scotland’s heritage and history at an exhibition of fantastic evocative artwork by older artists coming up in Stirling!
This exhibition marks the end of the NEWS (North East West South) project we have been running in partnership with Cairn Housing Association.
Our artists have been delivering arts workshops in Perth, Bathgate, Stenhousemuir and Paisley involving residents at Cairn retirement homes and sheltered housing.
The exhibition will include linoprints and knitted work depicting scenes from Scotland’s mining heritage, abstract textiles inspired by the Forth Bridges, Paisley patterned greetings cards, ink drawings and photographs of the Falkirk Wheel and much more…
It will take place at The Engine Shed, Forthside Way, Stirling on Thursday 30th November 2017 between 2pm and 4pm.
