The Creative Mentoring Programme (CMP)
CMP is an incubator programme for under or unemployed arts graduates who wish to pursue a career in community arts. Through the programme, Impact Arts equips artists with the training, skills, mentoring and experience needed to make their artistic career a success.
It also supports artists’ personal development and own practice and offers a creative hub where artists can access office, meeting and studio space. Many CMP graduates later assist with Impact Arts programmes.
