The story of the canal’s monster fish ‘big bertha’ is visualised by the Glasgow Visual Art group, dramatising the scale aspect of this legendary tale the group set to work creating a giant 3D structure, intricately made up of willow moulded into circles and secured with masking tape.
The outside of the structure will look at variety of materials and plastics to create the iridescent skin and scales. The group will be getting very creative with this showcase showpiece! We can’t wait to see the final results!
