British Art Show 8

This was a very exciting week for Craft Café – members contributed to a wee exhibition at the British Art Show 8.
In response to the works on display, Edinburgh members made colourful paintings printed onto fabrics and inspired by flowers, and Govan members wrote about and photographed an object that is particularly special to them.
It was displayed in the newly renovated Gardener’s Cottage, set in the Edinburgh Botanical Gardens.
The group were also lucky enough to squeeze in a quick tour and a talk about the plants!
