Impact Arts is delighted to be taking part in Big Give‘s seven-day online matched funding campaign, Arts For Impact.
This March, in partnership with New Philanthropy for Arts & Culture (NPAC), Big Give will be supporting arts and culture charities working to achieve societal impact across the UK.
At Impact Arts, we’re always incredibly grateful for every donation we receive. But especially for one week this March, we need your support more than ever.
Help us smash our fundraising target and make double the difference for Scotland’s young people.
Raising funds for CashBack to the Future
100% of the funds we raise during Big Give week will go towards CashBack to the Future, our highly successful youth arts programme for 14-25 year olds.
Using fun, non-traditional creative engagement, we work with young people from Scotland’s most disadvantaged communities, affected by poor life chances.
We have year-round regular CashBack projects at our permanent bases in Edinburgh, Glasgow and North Ayrshire.
This programme supports young people to:
- Boost communication and social skills
- Make friends, have fun and get creative
- Learn and develop new skills
- Gain confidence and build self-esteem
- Improve health and wellbeing
In turn, this fosters positive change in the individual and supports their future progression into education, training, employment and community participation.
Reaching our Big Give target amount would allow us to engage 140 young people who are not currently in education, employment or training. Over 12 months, we’ll help them develop employability and creative skills, and support them towards a positive future.

- 65% went onto a positive destination
- 85% reported increased confidence
- 75% reported positive changes in their behaviour
- 85% demonstrated increased skills
- 60% increased their motivation to positively influence their community

- 60% gained SQA Employability/Steps to Work Awards
