Creative Pathways is our 24 week employability project, working with young people aged 16 – 19 who were previously not in education, employment or training (NEET group). Participants are engaged with Impact Arts’ dedicated and inspiring tutors to undertake a structured programme of learning and training. They can choose between 2 pathways; Home – a furniture and restoration project or Eco-Chic Fashion Freak – a fashion design and business project. The young people are required to design and make products for our retail space Eco-Chic Boutique, as well as participate in various training and work experience within the boutique itself.
Participants are provided with help to improve their employability skills and encouraged to take positive steps towards further education, employment or training. They are also encouraged to become more active citizens.
We are looking to recruit highly talented, experienced and motivated tutors who are passionate about delivering excellent work and committed to creating positive lasting change in young people’s lives.
