Announcement – Factory 45 Closing Down

It is with regret that we inform you that our social enterprise Factory 45 will be closing on 15.12.15.
Factory 45 has been a haven for independent shoppers and the designers who have stocked their work there for the past 12 months. The shop has also been the setting for Impact Arts Creative Pathways Retail Academy, which has helped 15 young people learn aspects of creative retail in order to help them progress on their path to employment.
Fiona Doring, Acting Director, Impact Arts said:
“We’re sorry to be closing Factory 45 at the end of the year. The shop was a brilliant platform for young designers and I hope they enjoyed being part of an award winning social enterprise as much as we’ve loved running it.
“We intend on working with other local retail partners on the Retail Academy in the coming months to continue to support more young people into employment.”
Items of stock will be on sale and Factory 45 will be taking part in Small Business Saturday on the 5th of December so there is still time to do some Christmas shopping!
We’d like to thank all of the amazing designers and our customers for their support over the last 12 months.
