All change at Impact Arts Annual General Meeting

Impact Arts would like to introduce new board members Linsay Duncan, Princess of Possibilities at the Tree of Knowledge and Tessa Quinn, Head of Digital at the National Galleries of Scotland.
Impact Arts was delighted to welcome the new directors after members of the Board Susan Aktemel, Joan Riddell and Eleanor Shaw stood down at the Annual General Meeting.
Lynne Carr, CE Impact Arts, said:
“The staff and Board would like to say thank you to Susan, Joan and Eleanor for dedicating years of hard work and providing Impact Arts with invaluable guidance at Board level. Whilst all three will be greatly missed, we are looking forward to working with Linsay and Tessa. Both bring a wealth of experience in their respective fields and will be able to provide us with a fresh outlook on opportunities in 2014 and beyond.”
Impact Arts will be celebrating their 20th birthday in 2014 and Linsay and Tessa are excited to become involved in the organisation during such a landmark time.
Linsay said:
“I’m delighted to have been invited to join the board of directors. Impacts Arts mission is one that’s incredibly close to my heart and I am excited about bringing my brand of creative magic to this amazingly worthy company.”
Tessa said:
“Impact Arts are a creative and energetic organisation, completely committed to making a positive impression on the lives of people across Scotland. I hope my professional expertise in cultural technology and arts management will enable me to make a valuable contribution to the vital work Impact Arts do and support them as they look towards an exciting future.”
