Music is in our blood! We believe it is for everyone and that anyone can participate. There are music threads throughout many of our programmes. Drumming, DJ’ing and music production are just some of the activities that we offer.
We currently run a Tuesday night music project for young people between 14 and 19 years which offers the chance to experiment and develop their skills across a range of singing and music styles culminating in a live performance.
The project includes singing, drumming, band development, beat boxing, rapping, song writing, music production and all aspects of music making. There will also be opportunities to perform and get involved in other Impact Arts projects. The youth music project runs weekly from the Factory in Dennistoun until April 2010.
