Challenge Us is one of the three key programmes within our Creative Pathways programme.
Working with GHA and local housing organisations to undertake creative projects, the young people on Challenge Us help design and deliver public art, film making and other arts-based projects to improve local communities. Key skills include: art and design, painting, stencilling, working as a team, responding to clients’ requests, engaging with older and younger people and finishing tasks to a high standard within deadlines.
The Challenge Us group worked to challenges set by clients within the community using a range of digital and visual disciplines to design and produce artworks. This year challenges include a mural for Celtic Park football ground and an interactive game for The Waterways Trust Scotland to educate children about the canal.
